New Materials Research Institute emphasizes a talent strategy that leverages societal resources by organizing an expert committee to bring together specialists in relevant fields. For instance, Professor Lv Guanglie from Zhejiang University, known for his expertise in microstructure, is specially appointed to guide research on microstructural studies. Project partners also each designate a technical expert to join the expert committee, and an additional technical specialist from each partner participates directly in project research. The Center has also signed a cooperative research agreement with the China National Building Materials Academy, appointing Professor Liu Guanghua, head of their New Materials Institute for Building, to the expert committee. These experts provide comprehensive guidance throughout project development, contributing to the mentorship and growth of the research center’s talent pool, establishing a strong foundation for the center.
New Materials Research Institute’s guiding principle is to conduct research aligned with the company’s product characteristics, domestic and international market needs, and national policies on energy efficiency and environmental protection. This approach not only supports national defense but also provides sustainable growth and innovation for the company.
